Grant Application For Business or Organization

The Randy Schopen Memorial Foundation, JCF has been formed to continue the work that Randy did throughout his life helping others, supporting our communities and giving people a chance. The foundation’s mission is to continue Randy’s legacy of helping others and supporting the community. Randy took great pride in his hometown of Jefferson, Jefferson County, southern Wisconsin, and surrounding communities. As a result The Randy Schopen Memorial Foundation, JCF will be focusing its efforts in that geographic area.

All money that is raised by the foundation will be given to charities, groups, and organizations that Randy has supported or would have supported.

Some examples of those beneficiaries, but not all inclusive are:

· Tomorrows Hope
· Jefferson County Dairy Breakfast
· Jefferson County Meat Animal Project
· Wisconsin 4-H Foundation
· Operation Celebrate Freedom

The Foundation Board consisting of Family Members and Community Members will be created to advise the family on suggested beneficiaries annually.

The Foundation is operating under the umbrella of the “Jefferson Community Foundation” for 501C3 qualification.

It is the goal of the Foundation to limit administrative expenses to the absolute necessities.
