The Randy Schopen Foundation is pleased to report the following grants awarded in May, 2024:
– A grant to St. Coletta of Wisconsin in support of their adult day service.
– A grant to a single mom, working full time, who has fallen on hard times and needs temporary help.
– A grant to an older gentleman with major health problems, trying to remain independent, a friend asking for help on his behalf to purchase an AC unit for extreme heat in his apartment.
– A grant to Safe Families for Children, that serves to prevent child abuse by providing safe, temporary homes for children from families in crises.
– Four applications pending upon verification of information submitted.
