RSF Awards Grant to Shop With a Cop of Jefferson County

The Randy Schopen Give Someone a Chance Foundation presented a $2,500 check to Shop With a Cop of Jefferson County.  Shop With a Cop works with area school districts and Jefferson Co. Human Services to identify children of families in need, giving them the opportunity to interact with law enforcement in a positive environment and gives children the sense of satisfaction of being able to provide gifts for their families.  In 2022, Shop With a Cop sponsored 30 children, and the goal is to be able to increase the number of families helped each year.
